About Rawai
Situated at the southernmost tip of the island, Rawai Beach is the home of the famous sea gypsies and some of the finest seafood restaurants on the island. The surrounding ocean and islands are great for snorkeling, fishing, boat tours and diving, the beach itself is not suitable for swimming due to its being tidal. However Naiharn beach one of best on the island is within 3 km of Rawai Beach road. Rawai has many great bars and spectacular views of the outlaying islands.

Just five minutes drive from Rawai beach, the house is in a great, peaceful location. Ideal for laid back, tropical living, the house is spacious and cool. As well as the swimming pool and sun terrace, the house has it's own private terrace with a table and chairs and small lawn area.
The living area is very large, with a cosy lounge corner, dining area and kitchen. There is plenty of space for an office area or whatever the tenant requires. A chunky central wooden pillar, recessed ceiling details with fans and spotlighting are interesting features.
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and full furniture sets. Cream curtains and beige floor tiles are offset nicely by the dark wood furniture. There is also a guest bathroom.
Included in the rental price are towels and bed linen, gardening and pool cleaning, as well as cable TV and water supply.
