The architectural designs of all villas is based on traditional Lanna-style. Lanna is a region in northern Thailand historically important in Thai culture. Lanna design is different from other regional designs in a number of ways, the most distinguishing feature being the multi-tiered roof, as opposed to the steep sloping Ayutthaya-style roofs typical of central Thailand.

This roof design provides wide overhangs, ideal for Phuket with its two very distinct seasons: dry and wet. The wide overhang provides shelter from both sun and rain, and minimizes exposure of windows and walls to the elements.

The project entrance has a security guard stationed there 24-hours, ensuring only villa owners and guests enter.There are also 2 guard stations on the hill site . A well constructed and maintained road system throughout the project ensures ease of access and exit by residents. Further amenities include public gardeners, a regular garbage disposal service, 24-hour technician and maintenance service, and a staffed office 7 days a week to assist with any queries.
