Considering that the whole aim of the villa is to provide a relaxing holiday for its occupants, everything has been done with simplicity and efficiency in mind, allowing you and your family and friends to enjoy your time in Thailand without any worries. As you enter, you are greeted by a large room that combines kitchen, dining room and lounge all at the same time. It is well planned and contains every modern convenience, including an espresso/cappuccino machine for an easy rise in the morning. The kitchen with its oven, fridge/freezer, blender, microwave and all the extras allows for professional cooking to take place while big screen entertainment and a DVD player with universal iPod docking station in the living area (as well a Playstation 3 to keep the kids entertained!) provides hours of fun and excellent viewing.

Right outside you will find that the pool, set in a lush garden is the place to unwind during the day along with outdoor dining for 8 and a BBQ for you to enjoy, or to let our Chef Eak prepare you a sumptuous feast. You’ll find loungers and parasols aplenty around the pool and garden, and no matter how hot it gets, sitting in the shade is always pleasurable.

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and each comes with its own sleek and stylish en-suite. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with a private balcony, walk in wardrobe with desk area and spacious bathroom with a bath for the times you want to unwind. On the same level is the second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for friends, guests or children! Again it boasts a private balcony, walk in wardrobe and en-suite. You’ll find the third bedroom on the ground floor with large glass doors that open on to a small private gardened area as well as its own en-suite, which has a second door leading to the pool.

Every room has beautiful decor and ornaments from the kingdom’s antique shops and ateliers. For example, there is an embossed bell; a Thai tasseled lamp redolent of days gone by alongside works of modern art.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans to add to your comfort and relaxation. Satellite TV, DVD player and a compact sound system and free high speed Wi Fi throughout the villa are provided for the entertainment of our guests.

This is a superb location for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui's gorgeous beaches and lush tropical landscape. The village - which is set right by the beachside - is a small luxury living development close to the main tourist areas of Samui.

It adjoins an unspoiled stretch of sandy beach in the relatively undeveloped south-eastern coast, and has been built amid a profusion of coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens. Two neighbouring islands - Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum - well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkeling, are only a short, 20-minute boat ride away.

It is only ten minutes from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng and Samui's top golf course, and 35 minutes from the airport, so you are never far from the action. But while there is easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and other activities, back in Samui Beach Village you will feel you are on your own tropical island paradise.
