We had a great stay at this property. It is situated within walking distance of Kata and has a lovely outlook over the ocean. Pool is great. Rooms are spacious but beds are a little hard however this is the norm for most properties in Thailand that we have stayed at. Nuch is a great cook and made lovely Thai and European dishes for us each day. We would certainly look at staying here again in the future and recommend it to others.

Thanks for a fantastic villa experience at Baan Kata Villas. We felt very spoilt by the clifftop location overlooking the ocean and gardens. Watching sunsets at the infinity pool bar was a highlight at the end of each action packed day. The dining terrace out over the sea was unbeatable at any restaurant.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The TV/DVD set up for movies is superb, though it was used more often for family Wii tournaments.

Khun Nuch, your maid, was absolutely wonderful, assisting with food preferences, taxi and show bookings, laundry and getting us out the door each day stocked with beach towels and water.

We had a superb week in your villa and hope to return one day.

we've been visiting your house during chinese new year few month ago. Unfortunately my english is not good enough to explain and detail how thrilled we were by our stay. Not only the house is amazing, but the view is perfect, the swimming pool got the best sea view I've ever seen and Nuk, the cook, beats my mother in terms of preparing fresh dishes. We were amazed to discover that the thai food was so diverse and we ended up eating breakfast, lunch and dinner at your place. To end up, the best part is perhaps that the house has been designed to live in and not to be an hotel.

We really hope to be back soon.
