My family including 3 young children plus our maid stayed in unit 403, a 2-bedroom apartment which faces the plains of Surin. This resort is a boutique development that is well-designed and built. We found the accessories and furnishing of a quality found in good-class resorts. Has the conveniences of a modern kitchen complete with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Full complement of cutlery, even has 8 wine and 8 champagne glasses.

Food at the restaurant you would want try if you’re too lazy or tired to leave the comforts of the apartment:

 Surin Park Fried Chicken

 Tom Yum Khung

 Deep-fried Ice-Cream


Things to do/places to eat:

 Surin Beach 5-6 minutes walk across Courtyard at the Marriot, buy local food/snacks from the side-stalls and chomp on while you enjoy the sunset on the beach

 Friday night shopping (once a week only) across Phuket Fantasea at Kamala – lots of good-value clothes and food. Sadly, it closes around 9 PM so be there early

 Farang Restaurant – good value Thai and Western food; 10 minutes by car along the main road from Surin Park heading towards the airport


Recommended for:

 Families with children

 Anyone prefers the laid-back charms of rustic Surin over the intense bustle of Patong


Downside:

 Distance to other areas of interest if you don’t drive

 Internet charges – I wish they just include it as part of the hotel rates


This Condo has one of the most comfortable beds and sofa that I have come across, with more than adequate furniture and everything you will have and more in a first class hotel.

The apartment was very spacious with a great balcony and view. Service was good, and booking day trips through reception was very easy. The location of the apartment gave us a choice of 2 beaches and restaurant areas. 
Surin beach was our favourite with a good selection of restaurants varying from traditional thai to more modern upmarket options.

The staff went out of their way to be courteous and offered assistance in every matter. Potential teething problems, as they had not been open long, were dealt with professionally and promptly. Minor issues that we had caused became urgent problems for them. The rooms are spacious, very well furnished and very clean with every required facility. The location is very convenient for both beaches and numerous bars and restaurants and take note of the staff recommendations! Could not recommend a stay here highly enough.

the most favourite in my opinion was Surin Beach,water was very clean,beach is beautiful and spectacular!it takes only 10min. to reach it. If you don't want to go out of cozy Surin Park,there is a cute swimming pool.

My family and I stayed in the 2 bedroom condo with direct pool access for 6 nights and it was fantastic. The room was spacious and modern with a lovely kitchen. The pool was gorgeous, with the added benefit of morning sun and afternoon shade. The staff were very helpful and friendly with good knowledge of the area. The condos are located an easy walk to the beach and surrounding shops, market and cafes. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Even i were stay just 1 night. but the hotel it's best . Coz i like big room , cleanliness room, Huge Balcony , Nice pool and a best one is they have the cooking material - dish glass, micro wave ,...etc. All things u can use just clean it up when u finish, Nice!!

Just the view cannot see the sea, but it's ok coz u already relax when u stay inside the room,

P.S. Bring someone who love, that will be a good memory for u guy

I live in bangkok and only in Phuket Island for a few days for a local wedding on a small local island. Thought I would try a new area from Patong where previously stayed so opted for the more trendy area of Surin Bay. The area is full of plush 5 star resorts so this resort was great value for money for a one bedroom condo., with separate spacious living room, kitchen and a good sized bathroom.

To be honest I arrived late at night and thought maybe I had made a mistake when I first arrived but after seeing the room and settling in was very happy with my choice. If I was staying longer would have been better as would have been able to make more use of the kitchen an the hotels facilities. Also close to the beach and many great restaurants which also I didn't get a chance to use much. Anyhow all up was very happy and would definitely recommend. This area is lovely, quiet and relaxing and way more laid back then the hectic party area of Patong.

Walking distance from Surin beach. It is a brand new complex at reasonable prices and good and confortable rooms with good level furniture, flat TV and new kitchen.

Also the management is kind and very attentive. 

The car entrance is to be improved.

Nothing much to stay as we really had a good time at this place.
I will especially recommend the personal who gave us the best advice and took care of us so nicely,

This resort is nestled on a picturesque hillside a few minutes walk from Surin beach and Bangtao Bay. Upon arrival we were greeted with cool towels and water and an early check in at 9am was not a problem at all, in fact we were taken to our gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment within minutes!! The building is pretty much brand new and the apartments are spacious, have amazingly comfortable beds and the softest pillows i have ever slept on!! Such a change from the hard beds and massive pillows most high end accommodation use. I got home and all of a sudden my bed that was once great is now just average. I want one of those pillows!!! Internet connection was fast and free for use in their restaurant or a small charge in room! The home theater system was great for entertaining the whole family and the extra TV in main bedroom was great for quiet nights. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need though we didn't cook anything except for snacks as their kitchen was absolutely amazing. We ate at many restaurants around Surin and Phuket but nothing compared to the quality, quantity and affordability of the food served by their restaurant. Try their morning glory with spicy thai salad, Susanne recommended and it didn't disappoint! They also were very generous in bringing our food to our room for us most nights as i was feeling unwell and wanted the comfort of eating alone with my family. The other option was to dine in their restaurant with wonderful views and service by our favourite waiter Hom. The condominiums are run by a European/Thai family who speak both English and Thai (among other languages) making communication a breeze!! Susanne and Ron were so helpful and as it was my first visit to Thailand, they didn't hesitate to answer my million questions!! Sorry if i annoyed you guys!! I was also sick during my stay unfortunately and Susanne and her mother personally took me to the hospital for treatment, they were so caring and lovely! Susan also organised most of our day trips with a local driver called Thum who we also came to love at very reasonable prices and even got discounts for us on outside tours, thanks so much!! My son loved the swimming pool, he swam every day and the spa was a perfect height for him to stand on his own. This resort is a great place for all kinds of travellers but the value, luxury and service are the 3 things that will bring me back!! One last thing, the Chantelay markets were spectacular, Mon and Thurs at the nearby Tesco shopping centre, great bargains and amazing food!! You must try!

Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay at this resort, the apartment was beautiful and very comfortable, we had a great time in Phuket.

"We stayed for 10 days. The place is brand new, clean, modern and has a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff are polite and are there to assist your needs without cramping your space. The pool, restaurant and gym were fantastic and overlooked a beautful mountain range. Surin is a lovely contrast from Patong and the condominum is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a range of restaurants. Having a young family I would choose this over Patong any day. The locals are normal and not trying to make a buck at every corner. We travelled around Thailand and Loas for 5 weeks and this was one of our favourite places. Rachel and family.

We have been this resort on the end of december till 3rd january 2010 and we liked it very much ! The apartment (1-bedroom-apartment) is new and very modern. It is one of the first times, that the description in internet matchs to the reality. We loved the modern and luxury style of the apartment ! Also the service is great, if u need it, there is a very nice and btw very sweet thai woman working on the reception. She helps very fast wherever she can ! Who ever goes there, please hug her from me ;)

Location: Quiet location, 5-10 minutes to walk to the Surin beach.
