The apartment was as described. It was very clean. My favorite part was the terrace that could be accessed from the living area and the master bedroom. The pool was not fancy, but nice. They did have a small outside restaurant which was just okay... Portions were small and limited. The staff was very informative and friendly. I was disappointed in the area around the condo. I think with very little effort, the grounds could have been more well groomed. Surin beach was a ten-minute walk, and not an easy walk with no walk way. I was disappointed in Surin Beach and Bang Tao Beach which were the closest beaches and the reason why we chose this particular area. They were congested, and sometimes foul smelling. However, there were a choice of a few excellent restaurants to choose from on Surin beach. All-in-all, we had a very pleasant stay. I think it was a little pricey.
