"Great spot to holiday with Friends"
This house was beautiful! The property has plenty of space so it's great for travelling with friends, while giving you all plenty of your own space. The views out over Phuket from the pool and the terrace are gorgeous. It's a great place to relax, and we found it a great central spot that allowed us to explore much of the south of Phuket. Plenty of places close by to hire a scooter. There are takeaway menus in the house if you don't feel like going out (which you sometimes felt like, staying in such a beautiful spot)!! The property was clean and well maintained. The listing and pictures are exactly what you get and there was great customer service! We'd definitely recommend this house to travellers. Had an awesome stay in Rawaii

Exceeded expectations
Well, we had a great stay. The house was beautiful and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Tec and Mrs Pond. Mette was very responsive in answering questions and addressing any concerns we may have had prior to the stay. As I said we were happy with the stay and the home is beautiful. We would recommend it to anyone that was traveling to Phuket.
Well, we had a great stay. The house was beautiful and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Tec and Mrs Pond. Mette was very responsive in answering questions and addressing any concerns we may have had prior to the stay. As I said we were happy with the stay and the home is beautiful. We would recommend it to anyone that was traveling to Phuket.

Stunning home in Rawai!
This home is truly one of a kind. We had such a wonderful vacation here with our family. The location is private and quiet with a panoramic view of the ocean. Yet it's very close to the best beaches as well - just a short drive. We were very impressed with the quality of this home. It's very large and comfortable. We would recommend it to everyone.

Memorable Vacation With Friends
Fifteen friends and I rented out this villa for 2 nights and had an amazing time. The place comfortably fit all of us (we did fit 3 girls on some of the large beds but extra beds were also set up for us). We were amazed with how luxurious and beautiful the villa was, especially for the low price we paid. The facilities we took advantage of were great--several large bedrooms with bathrooms attached, TV room with cable and video games, nice swimming pool, free wi-fi, washer and dryer with detergent provided, kitchen and grill with tools, and much more. The home owner and house manager, Mrs. Pond, were very hospitable. Even though our flight arrived at 1 a.M., someone still picked us up from the airport and drove us to the villa for free. A package of food (including a loaf of bread, banana, nutella, and a pineapple) and several bottles of water welcomed us in the dining area. Towels and toiletries were provided for our stay. Mrs. Pond and the driver were both just a phone call away if we ever needed anything (there was a house phone we could use). A couple tips: -The villa is in a very secluded, residential area of Phuket. You probably won't be able to walk anywhere. Our group didn't want to be anywhere else except the villa since we only had a couple days to enjoy it. We did call the driver to take us to get food. He also arranged transportation (car ride and long-tail boat) to Coral Island, a nearby small, secluded, and clean beach with good snorkeling, for half a day. -We did find a lot of lizards and very large spiders and insects around the villa and in the rooms. It would have been better if those were cleaned out, but I understand that it would be hard to clean out all of them. The home owner said they are working to improve the pest control. This was the first time any of us rented out a whole house. We loved it and didn't want to leave!

Heavenly... Love the pool and the huge space!
Went to Phuket with 12 other friends from 12th to 15th of April and all I could say is that we did not want to leave the villa at all. It is heavenly, there is everything there, laundry room, entertainment room, safes, bbq pit, etc.
Shopping malls and supermarkets like Big One are just around the corner, probably around 10 minutes walk. Staff are extremely friendly too.
However, the villa is quite far from Patong Beach but that didn't matter as there were other beach nearby for example Rawai Beach which was much quiet and peaceful compared to the crowded tourist beaches.
The entertainment room was extremely relaxing and big that some of us actually decided to sleep there. The masterbed room's bathroom had a jucuzzi in it. Really really enjoyable!
The ocean view from the 2nd floor was relaxing and spectacular. We got to enjoy the sunset from there.
Really enjoyed the stay. Definitely going back there when I'm going for another trip to Phuket.

Amazing Villa in Pukhet
Amazing luxurious Villa in Pukhet! The perfect place to stay either with friends or family. Beautiful pool, view and well located in the south of the Island. Great experience!

Amazing villa, made our trip
A group of friends and me decided to rent out a villa in Phuket for a couple of days since we were such a large group. We made the right choice. We were met by Mrs. Pond at the airport who greeted us with such a big smile even thought our flight was delayed. She enthusiastically brought us to the villa with our luggage and explained the facilities to us. She made our stay at the villa even more enjoyable.
The villa itself is amazing, newly built with all the amenities to make for a very relaxing stay, it 5 spacious bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and scenic views of the ocean.
After we left, all we were talking about was how amazing the villa was and how glad we were to stay there for a couple of days. Will go back if we are ever in Phuket again.

We had a great vacation in Phuket and I am happy that I chose this villa for housing. The villa is new, very well built and functional for several families. The location close to beaches offers activities for everyone from small kids to elder people. Actually anything you need is not too far from the villa. The view over the sea is beautiful and relaxing. The Thai people are very kind and hospitable. I definitely recommend this villa!

We had the best time in the house, fantastic ocean view, great pool and terrace area and the bedrooms wow! Everything is new and clean. We liked the location where we had peace and were near Wiset Road, where you can reach everything on Phuket within a few minutes by car. To our big surprice, there were NO mosquitos at night. A very special thanks to the house manager Mrs. Pond, she is fantastic. We loved it - see you again soon.

This property has the wow factor! No matter where you are in the house you have a gorgeous view over beaches and islands. The pool is beautiful and a great spot if you want a relaxing day. It was central to some gorgeous beaches, a shopping centre where you can get your supplies and some great places to eat. The property is beautifully maintained and every bedroom has it's own bathroom with plenty of room so you never feel like you're living on top of each other when you're with a group of people. It's been very well thought out and built. We had a great time staying here and would definitely come back again!

Lovely pool house with lots of room for several visitors. The house offers possibility for privacy if needed in the separate, roomy bedrooms each provided with a big bathroom. The house is situated so it offers a lovely view over the sea and nearby islands. The location near the Southern tip of the Phuket island means no tourist in the close surroundings. Absolutely recommendable.

Never tried to live in a rental villa before the Nayberg family arrived with few expectations. Next time it will be different because we have had our best holiday ever in Villa Raibow Dragon.
The villa is situated in in a beautiful quiet place with an astounding sea view.
The balance between Thai and Nordic style is perfect and beatiful.
The pool area with both sun and shade makes it possible to be outdoor all day both for sun lovers and the reading members of the family.
The house has room for the big family or more families. We are definitely going back with friends and family.

Magnificient modern seaview villa.
Situated in the hills on the south eastern side of Phuket Island this beautiful modern villa offers both an extraordinary seaview of the bay leading into Phuket Town and Islands including Phi Phi Koh in the horizon. On the many terraces there is a nice cooling breeze. The rooms are functional and tasteful. The light kitchen has a fantastic atmosphere with severel meters to ceiling and very tall windows. All quiet and undisturbed. The service staff taking care of the Villa are very polite and helpful.
