The moment you walk into this apartment you will be stunned at its sheer size and luxury. The bathroom alone is bigger than most hotel rooms. The space is great but the view is even more stunning. I enjoyed seeing the sea from my pillow in the morning.
the main thoughts on this place are:
1) beautifully furnished
2) good size balcony with a sea view
3) sun lounger o he balcony to tan
4) communal pool in adjacent building
5) security is excellent and the place is very safe
6) great massage place next to the building complex (to the left when you exit)
7) the Hilton is across the road and has great dining options and a good cafe
8) the apartment has a vibe about it that keeps you smiling
9) the kitchen facilities are perfect for entertaining
10) You will sleep soundly
The Apartment is run by a highly respectable businessman who has a European background and owns property all over the island. He also has several businesses. I felt that everyone involved in the booking process from start to finish were very professional and also ethical at all times. I will plan to stay at the apartment for an even longer stay in the future. For this trip I stayed for a total of 6 weeks.
This is great value for money and the beach nearby (5 min walk) is very high end. Karon is a affluent part of Phuket. Away from the hussle and noise of Patong. Patong is a quick drive away if you need to go there.
So 10 out of 10 marks for this place. you will not regret staying here.
Please note that I am a senior executive in a technology company and have travelled extensively throughout the world. My expectations are generally high and all of them were exceeded with this apartment rental.

We have lived more then 10 months in this beautiful apartment and we enjoyed every moment of it. My wife loved the luxury bathroom and the walk in closet. Stunning sunsets make you want to come home at evening time to enjoy them with a cool beer or a glass of wine from the terrace.
Living room and sleeping room are both equipped with flat screen TV's, satellite TV with all the important channels (CNN,BBC,CNBC,Bloomberg,lot's of sport channels and movie channels), a fast wireless internet connection runs through the entire apartment. We didn't cook very often but the kitchen is well equipped with all you need.
If we ever come back to Phuket we will definitely stay here again. I can clearly recommend the place.
