Awesome villa, everything was perfect! I really recommend this place. I also thank the very good welcome. 5 stars!

My family and I stayed for 3 weeks at this Villa. The place is gorgeous and located on Friendship beach a short 10 minute drive from one of the best beaches in Phuket, Nai Harn. The villa is beautifully designed and has a real luxurious feel, it has everything you need and more for your stay including, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, BBQ and more, the beds are the comfiest beds I have ever slept in, was tough coming back to my own bed! The pool attached to the villa is lovely and my boys aged 10 and 5 had a great time in there! We didnt use the other pool but it is also lovely. The beach outside the villa is great for kids who like to explore what lurks under the sand, my boys spent hours digging for crabs, we also hired a boat from the hotel next door and had a day trip to Coral Island which was amazing..We hired a car so was able to go to the supermarket a 5 minute drive away and stock up in order for us to sit out and use the BBQ which we did most nights. Communication between myself and the host was excellent, he even emailed me once we had arrived to ensure we had everything we needed, the guy that manages the villa is also just a phone call away should you need him he also arranged airport pick up and collection for us. We will be back again soon!

Great Phuket Home away from Home. We had a great time while were in Phuket, and the villa was a major part of that. It was a great place to call home base while we explored. We've rented several places on VRBO in several areas around the world, and this was one of the best properties. It was great to have so many items available, from the washer/dryer, pool, and it was very well equipped. Additional information provided from the owner was very helpful as we navigated which beach to go to, and which sites to visit. We rented a car upon our arrival which made navigating Southern Phuket much easier as the villa is not in the touristy area. Taxis were always an option and seemingly readily available. So again thank you Pascal and Ian. I look forward to our next Phuket vacation, and when we do, we'll be staying at the villa.

Ian's villa is very nice and the place just looks like the pictures shown on airbnb. Very clean and has everything you may need, towel, shampoo, soap, drinks, kitchenware and much more. Also it's close to the center of Phuket town where you can find many local food there. Ian is a great host who will reply your email very fast qnd very helpful. Pascal, a guy who showed us the villa, was also very nice. Love the place!

Nice, clean, and modern. The place is nicely finished in terms of appliances and cabinetry. Really great value. Right next door to the Friendship Beach Hotel which serves great food and has a nice, relaxed vibe. The private plunge pool is nice but very deep - families with children should use the shared lap
pool, which is also nice.
