I have the following comments for you:
Apartment:
The apartment is very nice and spacious. For the two of us much more space than we actually needed. The view is spectacular. It is very quiet and the Ao Yon area is beautiful. We did not use the kitchen much, we only prepared some breakfast.
Area:
There is a small beach club that is run by the Bel Air Hotel Cape Panwa
http://www.belairhotelsresorts.com/panwa-beachclub.html This beach club is ideal because you can walk from the apartment. You rent a beach chair for Baht 100.- for the day. They offer food and drinks and also a barbecue and live music twice a week. There are not many guests and the guys are very friendly. I think you should mention this to your future guests. There is also a new Hotel/Restaurant around the corner (Cloud 19) where you can eat and/or have a sun downer in a very nice setting. The owner is a member of the royal family and he is very friendly and happy to receive customers for dinner. http://www.cloud19phuket.com/
Other:
We followed your recommendation regarding rental cars and the service was very good. We had a brand new car that was delivered to us when we arrived from our boat trip. The description on how to get to the apartment should be redone. We found it much easier to go the way it is described in the Clod 19 website http://www.cloud19phuket.com/how.php
We have visited Patong and Karon/Kata and were happy to be back at Cape Panwa after these trips!
I hope you will find our comments helpful. There is not much that can be improved!
Thanks for checking back with us and we hope that many people are able to enjoy their stay in Oyster Cove.

If like us you would like to skip Blackpool in the sun (Patong), yet be surrounded by 5 star facilities yet not too far from real life Phuket - then is for you. We generally had the whole development to ourselves so added to the peace and relaxation required. A car is pretty essential for this quiet corner of paradise although there are excellent little eateries on the beach down the road - so you won't feel too isolated. Well we did finally pull ourselves away from paradise but am already longing for that view again. We do intend returning one day and have already recommended Cove Penthouse friends here in Scotland. Can't wait....................

A walk of less than 5 minutes from the apartment past native houses a sight to see in themselves, leads you to your very own beach.
Indigenous jungle surrounds the apartment a spectacular place in anyone’s book, 2 huge bedrooms with the main bedroom taking the prize as the most spacious well designed bedroom award. You lie in the enormous bed looking through the sliding doors over the balcony past the pool (the pool has been built to give the impression that there is a side missing, the water seems to be held by magic) and on to the Palm trees, beach and the sea with tropical Green Islands doted about in the distance.
Then the upstairs!!! I cannot really give you in words what the design of the living area does to your senses other than Wowwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! Open plan with windows all around giving you views that I can guarantee will take your breathe away. I got up at 5.30 to watch the sun rise, it was awesome, a sight that I will never forget (I have actually got this wondrous sight as wall paper on the computer)
The food is as fresh as it gets and you can eat like a Lord Lobster Prawns Fish Wine Beer all in huge quantaties at less than £10.00 ahead.

The local beach is lovely and unspoilt, minutes walk away with a local yacht club in season (though a steep walk back - but good exercise). To get to the local restaurants and bars (good variety) we'd recommend a hire car, ~800-900 Baht per day and go explore!
The Sunset Bar (Cape Panwa) was hosted by a very friendly barman called Russell, who gave us alot of local recommendations too.
