Nestled in a spacious, tropical, flowering garden the villa is built on two levels. Designed for total privacy the villa is shaped around a 20 meter infinity pool and sala that create a stunning visual element.

The villa has five bedrooms, sitting room, dinning room, theater room, large modern kitchen, and study. The master bedroom on the second level, overlooks the pool and the tranquil gardens below. The suite comprises a king size bed, large flat screen T.V, day bed, dressing room with plenty of cupboards, ensuite bathroom with massive tub, and walk in shower.

The VIP master bedroom on the lower level has a beautiful four-poster queen size bed, dressing room and large ensuite bathroom. It has direct access to the pool and a teak deck outside. The second guest bedroom on the lower level has two king size, single, four poster beds, a seating area with low table, and direct access to a beautiful, private courtyard. The other two guest bedrooms, located on the second level, have twin beds and share an ample ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.

The villa has been luxuriously, yet comfortably furnished with a mix of both modern and antique furniture to suit even the most discerning of tastes. The owners have filled the villa with amazing paintings, sculptors and antiques that they have collected from around the world.

The living room and dining room have floor to ceiling glass sliding doors along two sides that extend the living area to the pool area.

The theater room has been designed with comfort and viewing pleasure in mind. Flat screen, plasma T.V. and D.V.D player with surround sound will keep kids, both big and small entertained. The dining room can comfortably seat twelve and is conveniently located next to the modern kitchen. Another smaller kitchen area is located below next to the staff bedrooms for Thai style cooking. Alternately you can eat outside in the stunning sala that also comfortably seats twelve.

The large fully-equipped, modern kitchen is available to you at any time or you may prefer to have a cook, should you request one

Complete Bose entertainment sound system wired throughout the living areas and sala so that wherever you choose to spend your days or evenings you can listen to the music of your choice.

The magnificent sala and 20 meter infinity pool is the main focus of the house. This is the perfect place to enjoy a long leisurely lunch or dinner, complete with ceiling fans.

Next to the pool is a heated Jacuzzi and an outdoor shower.

A barbeque area is located adjacent to the pool. The wonderfully landscaped gardens surround a generous flat lawn area ideal for children.

An upscale exclusive community, the area is well served by world class restaurants, golf courses, activities and shops.

For those that need to stay in touch with work, wireless internet can be accessed from most rooms in the house at no extra cost.

Air-conditioning and ceiling fans in every room in the house with individual controls. T.V. and D.V.D player are in every bedroom. Bar fridge in four of the five bedrooms. There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Maid Service: A full time maid is provided.

Driver: An eight seated car and full time, live in driver are at your disposal. All airport transfers are provided complimentary.

Security: 24 hours a day at the entrance to the compound. Every room has a safe.
