Layan Beach villa has an expansive garden with manicured lawns and lush tropical foliage. The centerpiece of Layan Beach villa is the impressive 20m salt chlorinated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and decking providing the perfect setting for relaxation during sunny Phuket days. Children’s Play Area, Large Landscaped Garden and a Child Safety Fence is also available.

The Master bedroom is located on the second floor and overlooks the pool and garden. This spacious bedroom features wooden floors, tasteful furnishings and leads to a large ensuite bathroom and closet area. King Size Bed, Spacious Surroundings and Great Views, Large Bathroom with ample closet space.

The second bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, with ample closet space and tasteful decorations. The French windows lead onto a small garden area providing a sense of peace and serenity for guests. King Size Bed, Lounger & Chair for Relaxing, Tastefully furnished.

Bedroom 3 is located on the second floor and overlooks the front of the villa with a balcony area for relaxing and watching the world go by. Similar in style to the Master Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom this room has a king size bed, large closet and bathroom. King Size Bed, Balcony Area with Seating for 4 and large walk-in Bathroom.

The 4th bedroom is great for young children with 2 beds, colourful decorations and plenty of games and books to keep children occupied. An extra cot is also available for babies. This bedroom leads out into the garden and childrens play area with swings, climbing frame and a slide. Again, the bathroom is en-suite. 2 Children’s Beds, Children’s Play Area in Garden, Books and Games, Large walk-in Bathroom.

RATES CONDITIONS

1. Rates are subject to change with notice

2. Rates are quoted on a per VILLA basis and for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified above.

3. Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above

4. Baby cot provided FOC

5. Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Tax.

6. Airport Transfers are applicable and are charged separately from the daily rates (7% Tax applicable).

Charges for airport transfer are applicable per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car).

7. Rates are quoted in US Dollars.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

* For Intermediate, High and Promotional Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited for use in the same villa as originally

booked for within 9 month of the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment (s) date.

* For Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s)

received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.

* Early departure is subject to the cancellation conditions as specified above.
