All four double bedrooms are en-suite and open on to terraces or balconies. Two bedrooms can be arranged as twins. It has a beautifully landscaped and fragrant garden with areas of lawn, a huge private pool and magnificent uninterrupted views of the Andaman Sea and surrounding hills.

Large living and dining rooms on the ground floor, together with a luxury fitted kitchen, guest cloakroom and maid’s quarters, make entertaining easy. All china and glassware – including cocktail shaker and ice bucket – are provided. Covered terraces on both the ground and first floor offer additional all-weather outdoor dining and sitting areas and are fully equipped with dining table and chairs, and comfortable loungers.

A bedroom on the ground floor affords easy access for those not wishing to climb stairs. It can also be used as a study with desk, wireless router and full broadband internet access provided.

The villa is available for short lets (minimum 5 days) with daily maid service. A cook can be provided and baby-sitting arranged. The Maan Tawan estate has 24-hour security.

Guests will be met at Phuket airport and transferred to the villa at no additional cost. A taxi service is available and car hire if required.

Villa Services

A tenancy manager will arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken to the villa, and depending on the time of your arrival and departure, will be present to check you in and out of the villa. She will also be available to help you if you have any queries or problems regarding the villa, and with enquiries you might have regarding tours and activities in the area.
