This three bedroom, four bathroom pool villa is the perfect launching point for your family holiday or a romantic getaway.

It is set in a beautiful area which is quiet, but with loads of activity just a 5 minute walk. The area boasts fantastic restaurants, pubs, and even a nightclub, but all of this can be avoided if you just want to relax. Bangtao Beach is only 300 meters from your front door, but this villa is secluded and away from all of the busy streets & vendors. Patong, the nightlife center of Phuket, is just 20 minutes by car.

The villa has an open plan with a lounge with satellite TV, DVD and stereo, a dining area, and fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils. There is also a WC and a staff bedroom.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with ensuite baths and private balconies. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the others have queens. Outside are the large, private swimming pool (48 sqm) and many places to enjoy the balmy weather.

Pets are allowed.

Rental includes bed linen and towels, cleaning, pool cleaning, gardening, electricity and water. Tenant has access to hotel facilities.

In addition to being a perfect beach, Bang Tao is still an actual working fishing village and a hive of activity during the early hours of the morning as the boats go out and bring back the catch directly to the beach every morning. Its development as a tourist hub has been carefully managed and the area is strictly aimed at the high-end market. There are a few dozen restaurants to choose from in the area representing the very best Thai and Western food, most of them a family affair and utterly charming.
