Karon is a great location that attracts lots of families all year round with its beautiful beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. But If you are looking for all night partying and dancing, it’s not more than 6 km to Phuket's largest and most exhibitionist beach, Patong. Here, party tourism, commercialism and sprawling nightlife is what it’s all about, but it might not be the right place for someone looking for relaxation.
