The house has an L-shape with the pool as the common point. An open floor plan creates a spacious feel to the house and neutral tiles and great decorating provide a comfortable but contemporary ambiance. Furniture is high quality and made from natural and local materials such as bamboo, hardwood, and water hyacinth enhancing the tropical feeling. Time and consideration has been but into the interior decorating as well giving the home a resort like feeling.

All 4 bedrooms are ensuite with built in wardrobes and 4-poster beds,and are quite spacious. Bathrooms have granite counter tops and designer fixtures. The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bathtub and some bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading to a terrace and the pool area. An additional bathroom also has a bath tub.

Air conditioning and fans are found throughout the house and western kitchen is large, complete with all appliances including a dishwasher.

Nai Harn is a great place to live as it is not commercialised; there are small cafes, bakeries, art galleries, great restaurants, live music, a small western shopping market and local eateries.
