How is my total rental calculated?
Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.
For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.
Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.
In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).
For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.
About Chalong
Chalong Bay is situated on the southeast coast of Phuket, and is the main gateway to other islands such as Phi Phi, Racha island with a long pier where tour boats and diving expeditions are boarded and it includes customs and immigration offices. This is not a beach for sunbathing or swimming, but taking a stroll along Chalong Pier always provides great views of the outlaying islands. Within a short distance of the pier, you will find some high quality beachside restaurants and bars to enjoy.

The gorgeous atmosphere from your own villa includes a bird’s eye view of the pool & tropical garden from the private terrace. Its location in Chalong is convenient and easily accessible to all of Phuket’s attractions.
The villa incorporates high quality furnishings and uses superior local and imported materials. The unique interior with contemporary tropical design was planned using special Feng-Shui considerations.
The living areas are large and include a designer Western kitchen and lounge that comfortably seats eight. The lounge and two bedrooms open onto the spacious pool terrace which includes a separate jacuzzi and a meditation sala.
All three of bedrooms have been carefully planned and appointed with Thai-style furnishings blended with contemporary comfort. The oversize master suite is particularly luxurious with its double-height ceiling and spa-style ensuite bathroom.
This villa is wheelchair accessible with wide doors and only a single step at the entrance. Your privacy and security is guaranteed by a single, gated entrance to the low-density development.
