How is my total rental calculated?

Rental rates vary by season and duration-of-stay. Consequently, it is necessary to look at each night of your stay and determine the applicable rate for that night.

For example, consider a 10-night stay, comprised of 4 nights in summer season and 6 nights in high season.

Since the stay is more than a week, the weekly rate will apply for all the nights of your stay. For each night, we determine the applicable season, consult the weekly rate for that season, divide that weekly rate by 7 to get a nightly rate, and add that amount to a running total.

In our example, the first 4 nights will use the summer season weekly rate (divided by 7), the last six nights will use the high-season weekly rate (divided by 7).

For a property that does not specify weekly or monthly rates, the daily rate for the applicable season is applied for each night of the stay.

About Chalong

Chalong Bay is situated on the southeast coast of Phuket, and is the main gateway to other islands such as Phi Phi, Racha island with a long pier where tour boats and diving expeditions are boarded and it includes customs and immigration offices. This is not a beach for sunbathing or swimming, but taking a stroll along Chalong Pier always provides great views of the outlaying islands. Within a short distance of the pier, you will find some high quality beachside restaurants and bars to enjoy.

This is a detached house within a quiet location that owns a garden, carport, terrace, balconies, a private swimming pool, Thai Sala, 3 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge and a dining room You enter this property through remote controlled gates to a garden which is surrounded by a perimeter wall. The very neat tropical garden is home to many small trees and shrubs, and dominated by a lovely private swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and an adjoining Thai Sala. The garden is set over an area of 193sqm, so you can imagine the nature of the space. The covered carport and driveway is easily big enough for 2 cars.

The first floor is an very big open-plan space that is used as a lounge and dining room, alongside a little bar area perfect for mixing up cocktails whilst entertaining guests. The lounge and dining room are fitted with a settee, flat screen TV, wooden side-units, ceiling fans and a 6-seat wooden dining table within an area decorated with light toned ceramic tiled floors and painted white walls. The spacious nature of the open plan space ensures tremendous airflow within a roomy environment.

The ground floor is also home to the western kitchen and a downstairs bathroom. The kitchen is set within a spacious area that utilizes its space perfectly. The modern appliances available for your use include a stovetop, grill, oven, microwave, refrigerator and plenty of dishware and cutlery. The massive L-shaped work surface is equipped with counter tops and floor cabinets which provide more than enough storage space.

The second floor is home to 3 bedrooms, which offer 2 en-suite bathrooms, balconies, built-in wardrobes and double beds. All the bedrooms are fitted with elegant wooden floors and balconies that overlook the garden and swimming pool. The master en-suite bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub, ideal for relaxing an hour away.

The house offers a multitude of services and utilities that include 2 flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, Satellite TV, internet and telephone connections, bed linen and towels, WIFI internet and a pool cleaner.

The location at Rawai is situated on the southernmost tip of Phuket Island, and is famous for its value-for-money seafood straight off the fishing boats. The property is within close proximity to beaches, a new shopping centre and a wide choice of restaurants and bars. Although Rawai is primarily peaceful, you can find many things to do within a short journey.
