The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishware. Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer. Also included is a safety box.

Long Term Rental charges electricity at 6 THB/unit and 100 THB/water unit. Twice weekly cleaning, linen, and towel service is available for an extra 3,600 THB/month. Additional cleaning service is available for 350 THB/time.
