The open plan living space comprises a lounge, dining room and kitchen, with furniture such as a settee, wooden coffee table and matching units, a TV and a dining table.

The western kitchen is home to a stovetop, grill, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a host of dishware and cutlery.

The bedroom owns air-conditioning, a double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.

Services and utilities within the property include cable/satellite TV and telephone connections, a communal swimming pool, estate security, bed linen and towels provided by a maid, a gardener and a pool cleaner.
