With comfortable sofas and sun loungers, the roof provides shade from the sun at its hottest and allows for appreciation of the beautiful west coast sunset. A fantastic area for dining at any time of day or simply relaxing and taking in the amazing views.

The linear living area starts with the kitchen, leading onto the dining area and lounge. Chic yet relaxed, guests will feel at home immediately. The bedrooms are to the side, the master has a double bed and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and is finished in the same elegant monochrome style.

The complex has 24 hour security, swimming pool, lap pool and kid's pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, sauna, spa and gym. Airport transfer is available at THB 1,200 one way, maid service is THB 450 per time and grocery shopping will be charged at cost plus 15%. Upon booking 30% of the total is payable, with the remaining 70% payable before arrival, a 10% security deposit is also required.

The location on the hillside at Kata is just a short walk to the beach and a range of cafes, restaurants and shops. While Kata provides for everyone's needs, it is still a quiet and relaxing area.
