This fully furnished two bedroom , two bathroom condo sits in an award winning residential development in the Kata Hills. The 226 sqm living area includes a large terrace with spectacular views of the Andaman Ocean. The unit is tastefully decorated in a modern contemporary style and includes fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, coffee maker and toaster. A full set of china crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glass wares is provided, together with fine quality linen sheets, bedding and bathroom and beach towels.

The open plan living area, features large L shaped sofa, and large, slim 55 inch home cinema including DVD player, music system and UBC television package. There is also wireless broadband, which is accessible from all areas of the condo.

The main terrace features include a large 6 seat dining table and also a swing/basket chair for those lazy afternoons, together with 2 sun loungers and a small coffee table.

Each bedroom also comes with electric blinds for totally privacy and seclusion. There is also a 2nd terrace which is situated just off the second bedroom where you will find a small table and two easy chairs.

The development features 24-hour security and management services, gym, sauna, infinity pool and childrens' pool. There is a wide range of restaurants, shops and supermarkets within easy reach and the condo is less than five minutes' drive from beautiful beaches at Kata and Kata Noi. The unit also comes with designated parking.

3x/week maid service is included as is 2x/week linen change. Additional cleaning service will be charge BHT 400 per visit.

High Season (01 February to 30 April): 13,000 (7 day minimum)

Summer Season (01 May to 31 October): 10,000 (no minimum)

High Season (01 November to 19 December): 13,000 (7 day minimum)

Peak Season (20 December to 31 January): 15,000 (2 week minimum)

A non-refundable deposit booking charge will be 30% of total booking cost, with the balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. A refundable breakage deposit is 10% of total booking price.

Monthly Discount: in all seasons, all 30+ day stays receive a DISCOUNT 40-45% OFF from the listed price. The monthly rate excludes electricity, which wil be charged at 5THB/unit.
